New York Attitude

I'm a lover of unique things. Doesn't matter if it's a place or a person, I'm a believer in the saying "variety is the spice of life".

That's one of the reasons I love New York City. You will see variety and unique things. I still remember the days of the Naked Cowboy in Times Square. Where did he go anyway? He would don his cowboy hat and in his underwear (so yeah, he lied about the naked thing), and he would play his guitar. It was a publicity stunt for fame, but hey, that's what the city is about.

I read in places where many tourists to the city would avoid him. In fact, many people avoid Times Square as it is not their cup of tea. But my feeling is, why come to New York if you're not into it's flavor? Do they come just for the Broadway shows and dining? That can be done in many other cities in the country. But New York attitude is unique!

I don't mean to say it's my style, it's not. But then my style is quite boring. I can get quite tired looking at myself all day. Believe me, I've tried it!

I want to see the other side of life. The flamboyant. The risk takers. Those who get out there and take a chance. After all, that was the attitude this country was built on.

On a trip to New York in Times Square I was rewarded with what appeared to be an impromptu photo shoot. But it must have been staged. I had never happened upon one before, but these girls were dressed for New York attitude!

As they approached I made sure I got a good photo opportunity position. I mean, this looked interesting!

I was most impressed with the girl in red. This girl wasn't going to let those extra beefsteaks go to waste. She was exposing it for all the world to see. Bravo girl!

When this girl took front and center, I couldn't get that old AC/DC song out of my mind. If you're from my generation, you know the one. A Whole Lotta Rosie! You could say she had it all!

What am I looking at here? Why don't they have a narrator for this show? I mean, who are these lunachicks? Where can you even buy a custome like that?

I really wasn't sure if this girl was part of the show, or if she was hitchhiking. Regardless, this girl's got attitude. New York Style!

Ok last one:

Yeah, let's not get that train dirty. She won't get her $500 deposit back.

Well there you have it. New York attitude at its finest. I've visited many of the largest cities in the world., including Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, and many, many more. This is the reason New York is still my favorite.

I think this is so cool. I love that people will come out in the middle of time square and express themselves in such unique ways. I absolutely love the video of a sold out concert with this huge blow up doll of Rosie riding on top of a giant train. The crowd is going crazy.😜 🤣😂🤪

I live a very closeted year life. I don't see people in drag or people that dress in other unique ways. I think people should express any way there comfortable. I do like the comparison to a whole lot of Rosie
